There have been so many burgers that have tempted me this month, I wish I could try just about every single one. Burgers are one thing I crave often and never tire of. My Fridays are sort of an ode to my beloved burger crush. We either make up something at home or grab one at one of our favorite spots.
Do you have a favorite burger?
The gravy burger was born years ago when I worked as a barista during weekdays and coordinated the food and drink service at a local auction house.
It was simple, really. I always had a burger for breakfast complete with caramelized onions and one day I had to try it with sausage gravy. And the gravy burger was born!
This is definitely one I proudly eat with a fork and a knife.
