Smoothie Recipes Roundup
Smoothies are one of my favorite quick breakfasts and even lunch when I’m super busy but I know I should have a little something. Smoothies are ideal if you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the great thing about them is their versatility! This smoothie recipes roundup will give you inspiration and recipes to try.
This roundup includes a couple smoothie bowls, which are just thick smoothies with a little something. Top with fresh fruit and/ or granola and enjoy as a snack, breakfast or even dessert! I love smoothie bowls for dessert to fight off that craving for something sweet that isn’t really good for me. I can save those treats for special days when I stay on track with my smoothie bowls.
You can use your own blender or blending device to make your smoothies and you may notice that I use a specific style of cup in my photographs. I happen to use a Nutri Bullet but you can use what you have and adapt it to fit the quantity that you need. These smoothies are written as recipes but it’s more like a guide and ingredient list.
