A Pina Colada Smoothie makes a great morning pick-me-up and can be taken on the road for busy mornings. Blend one up and give it a try!
- ¼ heaping cup chopped Pineapple - I used frozen from Winco
- ⅛ cup cCoconut - I used shredded unsweetened
- ¼ cup yogurt - I used whole milk greek yogurt
- ½ banana
- 4 oz coconut water
- 1 handful almonds - whole raw
- optional-1 scoop protein powder
- optional-squirt of lime juice
- Add ingredients to the blender and blend.
