A Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie combines two of my most favorite ingredients! Since I’m not a morning person I need all the motivation I can get to get my day started. This helps!
- ½ large banana or one small banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 handfull cashews
- ½ cup milk or non dairy milk add 1 tbsp if it's too thick
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
- Add all ingredients to blender cup. Blend and enjoy!
I put some oven roasted peanuts atop this smoothie and I do like the crunch so I recommend it.
